The Korea–China University 2+2 Joint Education Program is a dual (or joint) degree system
jointly operated by universities in Korea and China, based on mutual recognition of academic credits and
curricula. Students complete basic and required major courses at their home university in Korea during the
first two years, then transfer to a partner university in China to study advanced major courses for two to
two and a half years. Upon meeting the graduation requirements of both universities, students can obtain
bachelor’s degrees from both Korea and China.
This program aims to nurture globally minded and competitive professionals who possess international
sensibility. Students gain integrated knowledge of language, culture, and their major field through this
            program.

Years 1–2 (The University of Suwon):
 - Students focus on foundational major courses, general
education, and language (Chinese) studies. During this stage, they build language proficiency and academic
fundamentals necessary for studying at a Chinese university.

Years 3–4 (Partner University in China):
 - Students complete advanced major courses on-site
in China, strengthening their practical skills through field training and project-based learning. Some
courses are offered in English or Chinese, and students develop global collaboration skills through
            exchanges with international peers.

            Dual Degrees:
 - Graduates receive bachelor’s degrees from both Korean and Chinese
universities, enhancing their competitiveness for employment and further studies.

            Language and Cultural Competence:
 - Students gain firsthand experience of both Korean and
Chinese languages, cultures, and lifestyles, fostering a broad global perspective.

            International Networking:
 - Through interaction with Chinese students and faculty, students
can build valuable networks that support future careers in employment, graduate studies, or
            entrepreneurship.

            Practical Experience:
 - Internship and fieldwork opportunities offered in cooperation with
local Chinese companies and institutions provide students with hands-on professional experience.
