Credit Recognition Procedure

End of program

Ask your overseas university to issue a program-related transcript before returning home

A sealed transcript must be sent from the overseas university to our school (one copy of English and one copy of the native language)

Completion of credit application

one application form (Refer to the prescribed form)

One copy of English and one copy of the appropriate national language of a sealed transcript of the overseas university

Materials on subjects taken at the overseas universities such as course description (Syllabus), school recruitment bulletin, etc.

Via Academic advisor, Head of department, and dean of college

Confirmation signatures of Academic advisor, Head of department(of major), and dean of college

Submit documents

Submit documents to the Office of International Affairs

Submit the first Korean translation of course description(syllabus) written in the appropriate national language of the overseas university

- Submit an essay on exchange student experience, one copy written in Korean and one copy written in the appropriate national language of the overseas university (see the prescribed form)

In principle, students should complete the credit transfer procedure within six months after the completion of study at an overseas university. After the transfer of the credits, it can not be changed, and the submitted documents and report cards will not be returned to the students.
